2. Cancellation Before Activation: If you request the cancellation of a promotional feature before it has been activated on your listing, a refund may be issued upon request. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Purchase Transactions

1. Buyer Refunds: CarAds.lk serves as a platform for connecting buyers and sellers, and we do not handle the financial transactions between them. Any refunds related to purchases must be negotiated directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Seller Refunds: Sellers who have paid for promotional features but encounter technical issues preventing the activation of their promotion may be eligible for a refund upon verification of the issue.
